Al Jiron Jr. BA., M. Div., Th D., is the founder and president of Entrusting Treasure Ministry and Entrusting Treasure International in Palm City, FL, where he is the Senior Pastor of Crossroads Community Church. Al has served in the ministry for twenty-one years.      In addition to serving in the local church Al has worked with the Navigators and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is a veteran of the United States Navy and an associate scout for the Kansas City Royals.      Al and his wife Lori have been married since 1984 and have three children, Rachelle, Jesse, and Janay.
